Medical evaluation involves a consultation with the clinic doctor. During this, you will be asked a number of questions about your circumstances and health to get a clear idea of what issues may need to be addressed.
You may also be physically examined and undergo an assessment of memory and other cognitive functions. The doctor may recommend further investigations to help aid diagnosis and treatment. These will be discussed with you during your visit.
